We provided grading and civil servicing and landscape design for the new OC Vernon student residences and daycare in Coldstream.

CTQ Consultants prepared construction documents with on-site plans showing storm water management, sanitary sewer, domestic and fire flow water supply, storage tanks, roads, parking walkways and any temporary works.

We also developed landscape plans and associated management of the construction for the landscape areas based on the conceptual masterplan and renderings done to date on the project.
