Movala is situated on a landmark site in Kelowna’s Pandosy area, adjacent to the beach, creating a modern beachside living experience. CTQ’s urban planning and landscape architecture team have led the design of the urban realm, creating a contemporary and dynamic interface between the buildings and the streets surrounding the development. Wide pedestrian boulevards interact with the outdoor patios on each corner of the development, all the while providing safe and fluid connectivity both north and south to the village hub and beach.

Our team has designed a resort-like outdoor living experience on the 4^th floor podium, connecting to private patios. There is outdoor cooking and dining under catenary lighting connecting to the buildings amenity areas, which then flow through multiple activity spaces, both active and passive, to reach a pool deck overlooking the lake. Fire pits are surrounded by raised planting beds for additional seating and a roof top garden experience.
