The Kirschner family have been involved in the Okanagan community since the early 1900s. The land known as Kirschner Mountain has been held by the family since the mid 50s and was used as a multi-purpose ranch for majority of those years. In 2014, the Kirschners embarked on a new venture and looked to develop their mountain, with the goal of providing others the opportunity to share in their heritage and legacy.

The Kirschner Mountain development is situated just minutes from all the amenities that Kelowna has to offer, while still providing residents a sense of living in nature. The development is projected to be one of the largest neighbourhoods in the region once it is complete, with a range of 600 to 800 residential units in total.

CTQ has been involved with the development of Kirschner Mountain from the infant stages of master planning, through to conceptual and detailed design to construction. Planning for the development of the remainder of the mountain is ongoing.
